Breakfast Tortilla

This recipe is for you if you want a high protein, easy to make meal that is filling and delicious! 

INGREDIENTS

cheese

1-2 eggs

1 tortilla

A handful of spinach

tomatoes

avocado

salsa

salt and pepper to taste

HOW TO MAKE BREAKFAST TORTILLA

  1. Heat a frying pan on medium
  2. Add cooking spray or oil
  3. Add cheese
  4. Beat eggs and pour batter on top
  5. Add fillers like spinach and tomatoes
  6. Season
  7. Add tortilla
  8. Add sliced avocado and salsa
  9. Flip over
  10. Serve

This recipe is easy, delicious and provides a hearty meal for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

It’s also vegan friendly. There are wonderful vegan cheese and eggs options that you can use to substitute.
