ASIAN CABBAGE SLAW

Crunchy healthy and delicious! This Asian Cabbage slaw has a sweet tangy flavor that’s a great a accompany to tacos, any meal, or just eating alone.

The rich purple hues of this cabbage is indicative of the high nutrient content.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 head red cabbage
  • 1/2 c spinach or kale
  • 1/2 c mandarins
  • 1 tbs mayo
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • juice of fresh lime
  • cilantro
  • salt and pepper

METHOD

Chop vegetables and mix all ingredients adding more lime and/or mayonnaise to get desired flavor 😋
