Easy Wine-soaked Green Beans in Tomato sauce

Try this easy mediterranean side dish and you won’t be disappointed! It’s garlic, tangy flavor makes a perfect side dish for any meal.

Ingredients

4-5 cloves of garlic 

1 tbsp olive oil

1 bag frozen green beans 

1 can crushed Tomatoes, 14 or 15 oz

½  cup white wine

Seasoning salt 

Garlic salt

How to make easy Wine soaked Green Beans in Tomato sauce?

  1. Chop garlic in relatively big pieces (see picture below)

2. Saute garlic in olive oil 1-2 minutes

3. Cook green beans in microwave 3 minutes 

4. Add green beans to pan and cook 3 minutes 

5. Add white wine and cook on medium heat for 3 minutes 

6. Add  crushed tomatoes and simmer for 5-10 minutes until green beans are at the desired consistency 

7. Enjoy!

I served this dish with Greek Impossible meat patties, Greek lemon oven roasted potatoes and feta cheese. Delicious! 😋
