INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp of pumpkin
3 tbsp of applesauce
1 banana
1/2 tsp of turmeric
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 cup of oat milk
1 cup of green tea or water
1 tbsp of flax seed
1 tsp of vanilla
3 squeezes of fresh lemon
1/4 tsp ginger powder (optional)
1 cup of ice
