This cabbage dish is so versatile and it’s a great way to get your vegetables into Plant Based Whole Food Diet. A fellow flight attendant gave me this recipe but I tweaked it a little bit by adding impossible ground non meat to make it more filling. It’s delicious either way!
INGREDIENTS
3 veggie sausage patties
4 -5 eggs
1/2 head of cabbage
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
3 carrots, sliced julienned
soy sauce
How to Make Chinese Cabbage Stir Fry
1. Cook veggie sausage in a frying pan on stove top 4 minutes on each side on medium heat.
2. Set aside
3. In a large skillet or wok, stir fry cabbage, onion, carrots and garlic.
4. Add seasoning to your liking (I add turmeric and seasoning salt)
5. In a separate pan scramble eggs
6. Add eggs and veggie sausage to cabbage stir fry
7. Add soy sauce
8. Add 1 tbsp of Oyster sauce or fish sauce
9. Serve over rice
